Sarasota Rehearsals winter 1954-55

This is the picture Roger Smith refers to in the Durant book.
As they say in the Islands, "Aloha!"

(Notice the audience in the grandstand making a dignified and stately retreat.) Posted by Picasa

I have found that most animal will look for their place of safty when frightened in a strange place. Cats to their cages, elephants to the picket line, my dogs to their dens and children to the lap of their moms or grandmas. Me to this Blog.

"HE IS REALLY PISSED OFF"." I better not tell him they stepped on my foot. It hurts like hell. I can hardly walk". " F you ".
