Gibsonton Mayor Tours Canada #1

Having just completed a Fact Finding Tour of Canada, where His Honor Mr. Lee was hosted at African Lion Safari by Charlie Gray, he returned with these pictures.
The morning begins with the elephants being led in orderly fashion from their indoor quarters to their exercise area. You will notice the babies tagging along with their mothers. Posted by Picasa

Hizzoner further stated that the Canadian National Motto is:
"The family that skis together, freeze together".

Buckles, Something tells me you have never put on a pair of Skis or ever wanted to. Come to think of it I have never seen you in a thick, warm coat or gloves. Southern boy all the way.

I judge the weather by the little old lady next door.
Whenever I see her carrying in the brass monkey from the front lawn I know a cold front is approaching.

Capt, Came in for lunch break. This morning I trimmed a 7 head liberty act for Adrian Chapay. He is laying over at his dad's place about 5 minutes south of me. Got down to the 20's here last night and he had to keep the horses in his trailer last night, they left their blankets and sheets in Fl. They are heading to Cal. The Stallions were alittle fractious this am and he commented that Mr. Herriot would have found it to be a great time for a three hour practice! Something to the fact of being full of piss and vinegar! Mr. Herriot apparently broke out this act.

I apologize to Mr Herriott for not putting the second "t" to his last name! Kant spel vry wel!
