Here we go with wheel comments again. Those wheels on the Jaguar cage wagon look very similar to those that were on Dave Hoover's cage wagons in the 60's.

The reason I bring this up, is that a CHS member (?) was very interested in their history when the Hoover wheels were being sold earlier this year. It seems they may have been military surplus, and used on the wagons that brought bombs over to awaiting aircraft.

Those wheels are from left overs from breen gun carriers from WW2 when the Americans were based in North Queensland. They were tough, we still have some "cross cages" (called this because thats how they usually travelled, cross ways on trucks)
