Bertram W. Mills Circus 1925-26 #4

"Signor Truzzi, the Famous Italian Horse Trainer, who makes his first British appearance under the management of Bertram W. Mills."

Signor William Franconi Trussi is the son of the late Gigetto Franconi Trussi, the famous circus proprietor of Ancona, Italy.
Signor Trussi works on lines entirely different to other horse trainers and is the first to effect a blending of the ballet with equestrianism.
All his equines are stallions; his number entitled "The Wild Horses" is said to be as thrilling as an average "wild animal" turn.

(You may notice the name is spelled both "Truzzi" and "Trussi". Also included in this program, he is pictured on horseback in this unique wardrobe with the cape draped over the horse's rump and yet another photo, presenting a horse carrying a large bear. But I decided the shot of his classic profile is the one that should bee seen.)
