My God! Mr. Lee, I think you're on to something.
That might not be Pawnee Bill at all but Tim Holst in disguise!

Maybe they were Brokeback Bills?

My only experience with Tim Holst was when he had placed an ad in Variety, looking for someone to put together an act of Old English Sheepdogs. Finally my chance on the Big Show. I kept missing his calls, but after calling all over South America, I tracked him down in Buenos Aries. Anyway, after jumping through many hoops, I realized that the ad was just to satisfy the INS by proving that the Chilean guy they had doing an act with Sheepdogs was irreplacable. Which, of course, is why the ad was in Variety (where few, if any, circus performers would see it)and not Circus Report. If nobody answers the ad, then you've proved that you cant fill the job with an American.
