Tho Freddy had a long career but due to his incredible staying power he was only on a hand full of shows. I can recite them roughly off the top of my head. Terrell Jacobs had a circus with the Conklin Shows in 1941, my dad was his elephant man. Freddy joined at the age of 16 and at the end of the season he hid in the baggage car and went to Jacobs place in Peru. From there he joined the Endy Shows in 1942 and moved over to the Ringling Show where he worked for Alfred Court. He was drafted into the Navy in 1943 and served in the Pacific throughout the war. Afterward he returned to the Big Show but went to work on elephants for Richard Shipley from 1945-47 eventually becoming Shipley's 1st Assistant and worked one of the acts. He didn't get along with Hugo Schmitt and spent 1948 as a candy butcher. He was next with Biller Bros. Circus in 1949 and then my dad brought him over to the Kelly-Miller Show in 1950, he took over the elephants in 1952 and remained for the next 20 years with D.R. Miller. Freddy joined the Beatty Show about 1971 as I recall and remained there another 25 seasons or so. Always a very hard worker, I remember he used to say to the men, "Let's go, this ain't no Rest Home".

Buckles. Could you perhaps give us a brief summary of Mr Logan's long and distinguished career?
