Big Apple Circus/ Bello Nock


This is the alcohol free version with Big Apple since Policical Correctness had by this time dictated that excessive drinking was not to be made sport of.

Some group really took the fun out of a lot of life with their political correctness. How did this all come about? Another BL idea? Free speech is a thing of the past. Also a great deal of joy and happyness.

In the book "Circus Doctor," by JY Henderson, you read references to the elephant Ruth. Says she was the leader of the Ringling herd. Other books and articles also mention an elephant named Ruth...and say she was the leader. (In the 1950s, I'd guess.) Who was Ruth? Where did she come from? And was she really the herd leader? Thank you. ToddP
