In the background is Eddie Allen (also Jewish) who would eventually become the most successful elephant man I ever knew. After putting "The Changing of the Guard" elephant number together for the Ringling Show in 1944 he went on to become Gene Autrey's Business Manager and by the time Parley Baer introduced me to him he was was a Movie Executive in Hollywood.
