Dave Garoway TV Show/ Mid 1950's

Taken at the Sarasota Circus Hall of Fame. This is Rex with two of the Norma Cristiani elephants that later went to the Beatty Show. The name on the breast strap appears to be "Conti".

Buckles, what float is that he is pulling? It kinda looks like the two Hemispheres but smaller?

Thats why the MAN gave men beer bellys. So you couldn't see *^$ *&^% (* %$#@ ^%$#* That is also why He made our eyes get weaker with age. We now look through the eyes of love. I have a very hard time remembering that 30 or 40 years have passed since we all were young and beautiful and could bend without pain. Thank goodness our minds never aged. Kids to the end.

Two elderly married couples had a life-long tradition, once-a-year camping trip together. One of the women explained, "When we were all young, we would rig up some kind of privacy curtain for dressing; now we just all take our glasses off."

This is a interesting blog, but is seems there is like almost too information of various topics to discuss at one time.
Have you ever though of having a theme week?,such as olde elephants and olde trainers week(pre-1930)
where you just post photographs from that time?
clown week,acrobat's week,etc.

Interesting you would say that. I do ramble around willy nilly but my thinking is that if I stated that next week would be nothing but acrobats, the people not interested in that subject would take the week off.
As it is, no one knows what will turn up tomorrow (myself included)so hopefully everyone will check in at least once.
Thanks for your comment tho.

Buckles. Don't you dare change a thing on YOUR blog. Its yours and you make it wonderful. Let the other guy do his or her own blog. You do a fantastic job and it is so YOU. We all love you just the way you are.

I have no intention of changing anything, don't have the time.
