I was often asked to do this act but I was never able to find anyone to sew up the hole in the knee of my Tarzan suit.

On my trip through elephant land today I made a discovery. That sanctuary in Tenn has a lot of awards items posted on the site. Not a one for elephant care. They get awards for fund raising. Riddles Elephant Sanctuary gets awards from elephant experts [real ones] for training, work shops, caring for and providing shelter for any elephant that is luckly enough to call the sanctuary home. And for teaching future elephant keepers the right way to raise and care for elephants. Riddles is about elephants, not how much money they can raise. Just thought I would bring this to your attention. Visit Riddles for a real elephant experience. You are all welcome and they might even let you shovel elephant poop. Not everyone gets to do this .No automation here, they do things the old fashion way. Hard honest work. Real elephant people. A credit to the world of elephants and the circus and zoos.

Buckles...I sent you an email but never heard back from you. Do you have any more photos of Ben working with AnnaMay. I would love to have some of Ben doing the Addagio act he did with Lynn. Do you have any?
Thanks

No I'm sorry I don't.

Who is the other gentleman in the picture?I'm thinking Little John.

It’s not me; the closest I got to Anna May was opening her curtain. It looks like my old grade school buddy Sammy, but we all looked like that back in the day.

Could it be that Anna May got a “kick” out of launching Bennie to the moon?

I was trying to figure out who he is also. I know it's not Sammy because I hired him at CW many years after this shot. This was when Buckles and Jewell New did their shows outside. The new part of the park wasn't built yet. Gary

I got an eMail from Scott telling me that it is Kenny New, Jewell's cousin.
