Drawing #1

Well, today everything is back to normal having undergone the most unique media blitz on record. First time I ever heard of a show bragging about what you wouldn't see.
From what I have heard so far no one was disappointed, they didn't see much.

Now to the work at hand, I'm sure most of you knew Ray Dirgo, the artist who drew these characitures, a very nice man. He came around the Ringling Show and Big Apple Circus a lot.

Mornin' Buckles, I always thought this was a neat drawing. I still have my signed sketch book from Ray. L.S.

Hi Buckles
Its great to see Ray's pictures again. There isnt a day gone by that I don't miss that very funny and talented man he lived two blocks from me and we talked a couple of times a week. One of his favorite stories involved sprinkling glitter on Barbara's chest before a spec. I miss him, Take Care

That's a clever drawing ! Mr. Dirgos whit & tallent acompanied his kindness & love of the Circus. We met at Circus World 1976-1977 & he drew 3 or 4 sketches cretique'ing some of my Circus drawings I was then developing. Along with Bill Balantine he had a spontanious fun style. - Bud
