Sells-Floto Circus & Buffalo Bill Wild West 1914


The big male is "Snyder" who during this period had sired a number of calves with the Floto Show however the small elephant in the picture is no one of them. For some reason he was named after a popular Evangelist of the day "Billy Sunday".
I wonder how those wooden bull tubs maintained the weight.
