This came out of the John Robinson folder but no further information.
I'll file it away in case Ingrassia should decide to take out a circus.

Looks like something about booze. Regal is a brand name I know about. Temperence maybe? Looks too early for probission.(?)

It must have been the hats and ties that made people nice and friendly in the OLD DAYS. I don't see how people always stayed looking so nice without the washing machines etc. that we have today. I guess we worked so hard we kept out of trouble and cared for our things that could not be replaced with a flick of a plastic card. That includeds animals too. Thoughtfullness and good manners went when the clothing attire changed. Young people in the circus are still the best mannered group of youngsters you will find today.
