RBBB 1966/ Cross mount

I noticed a lot of dots on this picture and later figuered out that they must have had a bubble machine during the cross-mount on the track. The man at left looks like Ed Healey and in the right foreground is Dave Mullaney.
Lots of elephants, lots of girls, these days are certainly gone forever unless you happen to go to the Evansville Shrine date.

This ride was one of my least favorit things to do on the circus. Try looking glamous while riding on the neck of a running elephant. Only Barbara Woodcock could look good doing this. It is sad that there are not more elephants and show girls like the old days.

Something about a show girl on elephant is hotness!!! Don't you agree Rebecca?

If you only knew how much hard work went into that HOTNESS look. I never achieved it, but sure had a blast working elephants. The elephants enjoyed it too. One or two got a little frisky. Animal people on the circus are the best people on earth. Some of the things I did by mistake went over bigger than the right thing to do. Egnorance was bliss.

It seems that I remember a cross mount very similar to this ten year latter in Barium City Florida. Except a few of the heard didn’t fit in the Circus Day Theater but they still trucked up beautifully in the wings.

Hi Little John, I was begining to think you blew the show. Isn't this great? I am not getting a thing done here at the Kennel. Lucky it's too hot to run the pets at the park. I spend all my spare time reading this blog. Give me a six pack and a computer and I am in heaven.
