Chuck Schlarbaum assembled the bands for the Ring of Fame ceremony from a combination of local musicians and members of Windjammers Unlimited (WJU), the Circus Music Historical Society. Standing in the far distance behind Chuck's left elbow, is Barbara Bailey, WJU, drummer and wife of Buster Bailey, percussionist with the NY Philharmonic. Behind John Wetzel in the second row of the trumpet section is Marshall Eckelman, leader of the Kelly Miller Circus band. Playing tuba in the back is Bruce Keck, WJU, former US Marine Band musician.
