#12 Oddities!

I remember a Whale Show in a railroad car came to Hot Springs when I was a kid.
My mother and I walked thru, I thought it was terrific!

This is a giant manta ray. They can have a huge wingspan of over 20 feet and weigh up to 3,000 lbs. We have one or two here at the Georgia Aquarium.

I never saw a whale show though several of them played Atlanta when I was a small boy. They were railroad shows and always used rail sidings to set up the exhibit.
