The Wallendas #10

By late 1947, just when John Ringling North had regained control of the circus, the Wallendas’ 7-person chair pyramid was ready to debut. Unfortunately, because of Karl’s “collaboration” with Robert, JRN refused to renew their contract or to even accept Karl’s invitation to come and see the pyramid being performed during a rehearsal. The Wallendas later framed their own circus, which was not a success and soon closed.
