You can see by this drawing of an older 200 ft
top that the dimensions shown add up to 212
feet.
Also in this size the ends are in 4 sections
each.

I doubt a top of this size would
ever have been possible to spool
I beieve the 2 tops that Casey
Gibbs trouped around Japan were
about this size (huh Casey)
This plan is from page 214 of Ernest Chandler's "Awnings and Tents: Construction and Design" published by the author in 1914 and appears on page 214. It was one of several scans I contributed to this blog on February 9, 2008, as part of a series about 19th century circus tents.

I think ours were 209 'x 347' with 10 center poles and 2 rows of quarters and 14' sidewall. They were built by Leaf in 1975.
