Chet Juszyk was there for the run of the date as was the Wallenda high wire act, Karl was very unhappy since he had booked the date before the accident and the act was now in demand at many times that price.
The feature of the show, direct from Hollywood was the Famous Roy Rogers Liberty Horses, trained and presented by Glen Randall.
Nuf Ced.
I might add that Bill English was the manager of the Palisades operation, a real gentleman, and besides the Beatty Show big top, he used the brand new Sells & Gray big top for a menagerie and the new S&G side show was out front.
A very attractive layout.
Did Glenn Randall just train the horses, or did he do any riding/stunts with them? I've enjoyed his movie work over the years, but wasn't aware he'd been in the circus.
