From John Gates

Mr Buckles, I was given your information by Peter Rosa. Mr Rosa and My father were musicians together in the NORAD band. I'm writing you to try and find information about My Great Grandfather, George Demorier Gates, born 1882 in Louisville, KY, died 1955 in I believe Sarasota, FL where he retired next to the RB B&B Winter Quarters. As I understand, my great grandfather ran away at a rather young age to work with the circus. He worked with the Elephants with Wallace Beery, who ended up as an early movie "star".
