From Tim Tegge #1

Hi Buckles -

I snapped this in the backyard, after the Friday night show (November 26), in Evansville. Pictured clockwise are: Rick Van Voorden (son of Barbara Van Voorden); Barbara Van Voorden (Tegge); Lizzie Zerbini (Mrs. Tarzan, she be); Joanne Wilson; Trudy Strong, and center-stage, "Miss Loni" Van Voorden. Loni is still going strong and had a great time visiting the show. I think it was the first time in maybe 20 years that she had seen many of the folks there! Thought your readers might get a charge out of this one!

Nice to see "Miss Loni". We were involved directly in the big ball scene, part of "Over and Over Again" sequence in "Jumbo".

I was at the circus party in Las Vegas November 29th. At that party was Mel Workmiester, Ba Workmiester, Antar Wazzan and me Ron Henon, all from the "Over and Over Again" number. That was 49 0r 50 years ago!
It was awesome!

How great to see Miss Loni and Barbara again. We were on Castle together, and these were among the best showfolks anyone could know. I want to inquire of Freddie, who is not depicted here.

Fans of Miss Loni will always enjoy seeing her in the DeMille picture, and hearing her called by name.

Roger - Freddie passed away several years ago already, befor Barbara and I got together in 2005.
