I'm reminded of the making of the American Express commercial when after what seemed like 100's of takes, Kenny nailed him as if to say enough was enough already.

You are absolutly right I was there for the filming and thats what happened. As for the year with the pullup clowns that was 1979.

was that also the year with the
"Round You Go" wheels or was that
back in 77 or 75
Talk about "working hurt".
One year in West Palm Beach,Gunther was so sick that I called a doctor, who examined him after the Saturday matinee.
The doctor's diagnosis was that Gunther belonged in the hospital NOW.
Instead,Gunther did the night show, both shows Sunday,the walk back to the train and headed for the next town!
Chick it was the same year.Chucko and I had to push one of those together. That was the Mardis Gras show.

My favorite story about them was
the time that Sue Sue placed some
little girl on the seat & the kid
said to her "I'm gonna be sick"
but as they were at the turn by
the band Sue Sue thought she said
"I'm gonna be six" & she answered
"isn't that nice" just as the kid
threw up all over her
