I think you're referring to John Hartzell, Jr., who sadly passed away a number of years ago after surviving the infamous MGM fire in Las Vegas he and Dena parted ways. John died of cancer. He was one of the greatest guys you would ever want to work with, great sense of humor and a hearty laugh. Rest in peace. ~frank; 13 July, 2010 10:29
