I was rudely interrupted by my wife this morning who during the night, had read the recent James Christy article and explained that Rosie Valentine was indeed not pregnant. She was still in High School and hadn't joined the show yet. Part of the Valentines had left the show suddenly and Barbara, having done cloud swing, was recruited, practiced between shows and went into the act that night. She said she came down the ladder the first show but dropped into the net from then on. They called her their "One Hour Miracle Leaper." She got $85 a week on the QT
