"Buddah"

Dr. Pierre Bernard of Nyack, New York built a private zoo in the late 1930's that included three elephants "Babe", "Juno" and nice looking male "Buddah"
He hired Joe Hanson to put an act together that made a few dates until he lost interest in about 1942.

Don't have any further record on either Babe or Buddah.
However I remember "Juno" well. She was in the Hamid-Morton herd purchased by D.R. the winter of 1949-50. "Mabel", "Mona" and "Juno".

Joe Hansen was my grandfather. Juno is buried at the Trenton Motor Speedway in Trenton NJ
