It is John Ringling North II that really owns the Kelly Miller Circus.
He has also purchased the winterquarters from David Rawls and has added a large double wide trailer for the new offices.
He also has his motor home the JOMAR on KM.
And talk about a real pleasure to vist with Mr. North and talk about the way it was.
