Beckman & Gerety closed, part went to Art Concello for his rail show with which he made consideable money and then sold to partner Clyde Beatty. Vehicles survive from the later Beatty railer.

Another portion of B&G went to Strates, to replace losses from a fire. Most everything other than the carousel and maybe a wagon or two are now gone.

RAS was owned by Carl J. Sedlmayr, Sr. and Curtis and Elmer Velare. They split, Sedlmayr taking over about half the old RAS and most of Rubin & Cherry and making it into the latter day RAS. The Velares took their portion of the old RAS and sold it to Al Wagner, who converted it into Cavalcade of Amusements. After Wagner was murdered, Cavalcade ended up being bought by Sedlmayr. A couple wagons from the old R&C may survive, the carousels and most older apparatus are gone, sold at auction, most of what survives today from RAS is from the post-war show. The famous art deco front gate exists, but that's anther story.
