Looks like "Kongo" is about to kick a field goal and they are waiting for Gunther to place his finger on his head.
Hmmm..I thought "Kongo" was gettin 'Excited" So he sent the Little Fella in First, to test the waters....
Definitely The Prince. He walked with a certain, trade-marked swagger that the photo clearly shows.
To Jim Z.
I was totally unaware that European's acknowledge that practice.
Mr. Hall, I thought everybody kept a "Scout" around?..(Poor Prince, was probaly in the wrong place at the right time when GGW pulled rank on him)....
Are ya sure it wasn't Piccalo in a Pith?
Prince was on the Blue Unit.
Could that have been Jimmy
Armstrong who I think was
around then
Chic
I agree that he looks like Prince Paul, but I seem to remember Jimmy Brisco in a pith helmet for some reason. Too short for Picolo and Mike was right - Paul was with the Blue Unit ~frank
Yup
I wrote Jimmy Armstrong but
I should have written Briscoe
Thanks
My money is still on Piccalo. He stood with his arms hanging like that all the time and he was a stocky little dude. Must of been from eating raw hamburger and onions!?
This photo is from 1969, and Prince Paul was with the Red Unit that season, moving over to the Blue Unit with Harold Ronk, Otto Griebling and others for the 100th anniversary tour in 1970.
