Circus Sarasota

Erik Jaeger brought me this program yesterday and mentioned that he and Elaine enjoyed the show very much and that Bello was never better.

Circus Sarasota is an outstanding show...long on circus, short on storyline and "filler". Pedro and Dolly have put together a gem of a circus that I hope everyone in the area is proud of. I've known a lot of the people who are involved with the organization for years and the quality behind the scenes is just as good as the quality of the performers. I really admire the work that they do in the community and hope to get more involved with them in the coming years. If you haven't had a chance to see the show and you're in the Sarasota and Fort Myers areas please do treat yourself to a performance. I think you'll find it's money well spent.

See what happens when you let a performer do his own thing, ie: BELLO.
Instead of restrictions by Artistry dictated by a Corporation, shouldn't common sense prevail and let an artist create without interference.
Just cause they were suits and ties doesn't mean they know what they are doing (Washington included).

Remember that the Corporate Designers has reduced the color of the circus to a big black floor and a lot of running around to make it look like something is happening.
Hey, Colonel Sanders, we've got an idea to revolutionize the restaurant, we are going to change the secret recipe and we are NOT GOING TO USE CHICKEN, anymore. Takes the preconceived notion out of the minds of the public so we hit them on all sensory levels from the minute they walk into the building.
The guy that came up with this will be an assistant to the assistant of of Show Casting at Dollywood.

Congratulations Bello, welcome back to the real world of Circus.

Heard on the organic grape-vine that the 2010 Ringling show will be known as the TOFU CIRCUS, it looks like chicken, it smells like chicken, it almost tastes like chicken and if you keep telling people that it really is chicken, then they will have thought they had chicken.
Is the Gold Unit going to anyplace other than Italy? I am sure the Tognis are shaking in their custom made boots at Ringling coming to Italy. Imagine the Italian audience talking to each other after seeing the gold unit; there is nothing to it, our Americano Circus is so much bigger.

Got to see this show and yes a two thumbs up. Good staging, lights, sound and action. It was well paced and yes I did laugh at the clown with the doo.
