Starting in the early 40's (I think)and continuing through 1954 Ringling used several buggies and carriages in the manage act. They had two of these vis-a-vis style carriages. One of them is currently at the Circus World Museum in Baraboo. Dorothy Lamour and Jimmy Stewart rode in one of these carriages in the "Picnic In The Park" manage number from the 1951 show. It is shown very prominently in DeMille's "The Greatest Show On Earth". Dom Yodice
