Sorry! I like the photo but could it be the wrong way around? (too much christmas spirit?!) The lettering is hard to read, but...

I get what Fred is saying--is this a flip of the negative? What true elephant man walks on the right of his elephant?
Well, at Lion Country, in Grand Prairie, Texas, in 1976, we had elephant rides, and needless to say the operation was staffed by town-monkies. I offered the helpful suggestion that you work your elephants on the LEFT SIDE, like they were originally trained, NOT ON THE RIGHT, and the town-monkies smiled and worked the rides on the right side anyhow since they knew better than any circus bum.
