Shea Stadium??
The old one is being torn down, and don't think the new one is ready yet. It must be a mess out there.
Can't find any indication of it on Google either.
Will be glad to call/write but need details.
(I'm going over to Newark for Opening Night of the Red Unit tomorrow at their new Prudential Center with Bello and Company. Must be one of their last dates before Florida.)

Ringling Brothers in Newark this week, then to Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Ringling is back in Newark next March, from 5 to 8.
I dont know anything about new red show. sam
Visiting Sue Lenz just a few weeks ago, the first words out of my mouth after the greetings were "What's on the new Red Unit?" She informed us that the new feature will be a youngish British Clown named "Tweetie" something, not to be confused with Kenny Dodd's clown character who also went by "Tweetie." Sue reported he's gotten good reviews from her friends/family in Britain, but that how he will carry over in large arenas here is yet to be seen. Director of the new show will be the same woman who directed the first ringless abortion that RBBB presented a few years ago and she is based in NYC theater and believes working with a "bare stage set" is the only way to go, so don't expect a return to the Three-Ring Wonder. When visiting the show over Labor Day in the Quad Cities (Davenport, IA) a good friend in the band told us the only acts re-signed were the Brian & Tina Miser Cannonballs and the Olate's Dogs. Bello reportedly is off to Knie in Europe. So that's the scoop at this point from two pretty reliable sources...

This is the old stadium - Vazquez
has played there before and this
will be the last time. Update - the state has approved permits - the Parks Dept is the cog in the
wheel.
