These photos, if in fact they are all from the same set, were taken in 1961. I recognize the lettering style on the trucks, and kept close records on that sort of thing back then.

trucks are late 50's or early 60's
Too bad this bannerline photo isn't in color. Those Snap Wyatt paintings were a sight to behold. His work was probably the best until Bobby Rawls.
BJ, thanks for posting this great set of photos of Beatty-Cole. It brings back many fond memories.

I just saw pictures of an elephant hit by a bus in Mexico named Hilda?
It was very sad to this elephant dead on the road. Wondered if anyone knew what circus she ran from and her history
Better late than never, I found the info that I have for these photos-September 1961. Clyde Beatty Cole Brothers Circus in Baton Rouge, La. Enjoyed reading the comments-BJ
