I well remember the promoters from doing publicity work and the fact that each one was responsible for the stabling of the elephants at their respective date as well as feed, sawdust,parking, lights, etc.
Sam Ward and Mickey Blue had the most tenure consequently the best dates.
There was another guy named Kris Kringle that I don't see listed here.

Kris worked with Bill Kay on the Albany, New York date
for many years. Albany being a Polack date in the past.
