Nice front view of the float, now the other clown isn't Paul Jung! The little person standing in front looks to be Prince Paul from that production hat...

Now there's a whole differently problem in that THAT isn't Paul Jung. This one looks like Milt Taylor as the barber with a young Duane Thorpe in the chair.
But I'm fairly certain that Milt Taylor would have been long since retired by the early 50s so it's probably NOT him, it just looks like it is.
I'm going to agree with Greg that it's probably Prince Paul Alpert with his back to the camera
JACKIE LaClaire has spoken: Just got off the telephone with Jackie. Explained to Jackie about BUCKLES BLOG discussion on the clowns that appeared on the 1951 GSOE Barber Shop Float. Without hesitation as he was walking through a Sarasota shopping center that the Barber was Paul Jung and Homer Goddard was receiving the haircut. And for Pat Cashin to answer his e-mail that he had sent sometime ago. Said, "He had ask Pat how do you sign on the blog so he could respond?" Jackie, no doubt is our very own Living Circus Institution..He spoke to us at the Sarasota CFA Convention of the 1944 RBBB Hartford Fire..Thank You Jackie......
Thank you Jackie ,and David, for the help with the clown ID.
