Buckles,
Do you know where this car is today? I still back up the video and play it over every time I watch the GSOE movie!
Carl
I think it's at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota.
It wasn't in the Ringling Museum the last time that I was there, although it may be now.
I'm under the impression that most of, if not all of, Lou's props and costumes are still at his house in Sarasota under the care of Jean, Lou Ann and Dolly.
I am almost certain that I saw this car at the Ringling museum.
When I was at the Museum in January there was a Lou Jacobs' car on display.
I believe there is a prototype version of Lou's car in the museum or part of their collection. I think the working car in this picture (or one of the later versions) has been on display in conjunction with the Greatest Show on Earth film display at times, and is on loan from the Jacobs family.
