This act should have gotten the "Most Bizarre Costume" award.
What you refer to as "Most bizarre Costume" is actually listed as "Creativity in Costuming" in the Festival standards list. When will Americans catch up with the rest of the world?
" Creativity in Costume" I think Buckles was being nice. I would just call this "Ugly"
Ugly is kind of harsh, but closer to the truth than creative. It does nothing for her,cut's her off in to many places,if that makes any sense.
There was a lot of white wardrobe in show this year. I guess a couple of acts didn't get the memo! Some stand out by the quality of their act. Others find different ways.

If I want to see "spandex,& sweat pants" I'll go to "Sports Authority", when I go to the Circus I want to see costumes. You know "baubles, bangles, beads, rhinestones, & jewels"!

I think Anonymous's response to Carl was directed at the Festival, not Circus Krone.

Speaking of Circus Krone, last Saturday, Jana Mandana, & Martin Lacy Jr. became the proud parents of a 6+lb. baby boy.

Billy, where have you been? I congratulated Martin and Janna on this wonderous occasion 2 day's ago on Mr. de Ritis thread 10738. As great as Circus Report is, on this blog deal, you don't have to wait a week for great new's. Congratulation's again. I bought Alex's newborn a leopard snow suit. Any idea's for a baby that has "everything?"

wade: I missed it on the blog, I just got the news last night on the way home from the airport picking up our visitors from Circus Krone.
Keeping up with "Yesterdays Towns", & "The Dime's Store" sort of limits my time keeping up with other things.
PS, Re: the movies, It has PAL capabilities too, and as soon as I get My German system tied into it I have a great video of big cage acts from over there.

wade: Sylvia did not come this time, she had a second hip replacement,(other side), and is having nightmare complications with it. They have had to re do it twice, I hope they get it taken care of, she & Nicolai are great people & I hate to see them having all the grief.
