Hello Bill,

I wanted to share with you a very unique Christmas gift that I received yesterday from our youngest son. I hope it will bring you a smile. It did make me smile. The gift was a coffee mug. Not unique in itself, but it was personalized in a very special way. Christopher knows how much I enjoy your Blog. He had the coffee mug customized via an online service especially for me. The mug featured a drawing of a circus tent with the inscription "I Blog For Buckles". I have already put it to good use. I had m! y tea in my "Buckles Blog" mug this morning.

Have you ever thought about a line of "Buckles Blog" merchandise? Mugs, hats, etc.?

I hope you had a Merry Christmas with your family.

I am sad to learn that 2 more elephants (Lil Felix and Tuffy) will leave Riddle`s wonderful elephant sanctuary to live in a zoo. This brings the number of elephants who have been moved to a zoo to 5 in just few weeks. Does anyone here knows why?? I am getting concerned... is all ok with Scott and Heide?

I thought the Press releases earlier this year said the Riddle Sanctuary had been sold to a conglomerate of Zoos across America. Is this still correct anyone?
