Wade; I believe you have a very interesting comment. Now that you mentioned it, it makes me wonder as well. Would be nice to know.
My father said that when John Hoffman was training the "lion and the lamb" to lie down together during practice in wntrqts. that they had mutton in the cookhouse on a daily basis. Incidentally he did get the job done. This was on Christy Bros.
