Karoly Donnert.7, originally uploaded by bucklesw1. Another former Ringling Brothers trainer that has gone to have a solid career after returning to Europe is Karoly Donnert (picture attached). I believe he was associated with Ringling Brothers for three years. The first year, 1979, Karoly Donnert toured the United States with the Ringling Brothers sponsored Monte Carlo Circus Festival Spectacular. Then for two years (1980 & 1981?) he toured with the Ringling Brothers Blue Unit. The last that I read about him, he was performing with Circus Barelli.
