I think this tour was in 1903, and was arranged by James A. Bailey to coincide with the return of Barnum and Bailey Circus from Europe.
Buffalo Bill's Wild West [NEVER termed a "Show," they considered it a re-enactment] toured Europe 1903-1906, with initial arrangements undertaken by Bailey and his staff. They were in England, Scotland, etc., the first two years, the continent the last two.
