Receiving the diploma?

As the students approached the stage, they filed past the American Flag and each was stopped for the first picture, a brilliant move, since for many this is a popular item to send to relatives back in Mexico. A photographer can be seen above in the foreground taking picture #2 as the Principal hands each graduate an empty folder while a third photographer awaits at the down staircase. Today all students must return to the High School to return cap, gown and empty folder and if all are in good condition the diploma is then awarded. Meanwhile their parents are busy floating a loan at the Bank to pay for a full set of pictures. I think Ken & Nicole could pick up a few pointers here.
