This "depature" at the end of the act was underscored by a very loud and enthusiastic round of applause by a very satisfied audience. As the Woodcocks walked past the lower section of seats the applause INTENSIFIED from the first several rows. I saw this happen on multiple occassions when I visited the GSOE, especially in the most jaded of all cities, my hometown, NEW YORK, NEW YORK.
When the spotlights went dark the audience were still applauding!

This was after Charlie hauls off Dialiah from the spotlight right?

GARYHILL'S comment regarding Daliah and the baby elephant jogged this memory...I was sitting in a section of seats that were reserved for guests, including many of RBBB's NYC staffers, I didn't know any of them. This evening show had a real good audience and as Buckles and Barbara were strolling along the front track a fog of applause engulfed them. BLACKOUT. One of the RBBB staffers in the row behind announced, "The Woodcocks have left the building.
This "Elvis" statement brought lots of good natured laughs and chuckles from those in the know.
