I am assuming that the thicker ring curb sections would be for the center, and the narrower sections loaded on top would be part of the end rings.

Anyone kwow what those wheels up top are for?............ just kidding!

This is a pretty heavy load with all that lumber.
I wonder how they stacked and tied off that ring curb?
And how in the Hell did they get those bull tubs and carriages on top of the stringers.
No fork lifts in those days.

Maybe a slide type ramp and a pully?

Could be. That's the way they built Pyramids.

Aparently Rebecca has loaded a Hawthorn act before. Wade Burck

P.S. Burckles, that's exactly what I told my son Adam, as we loaded up his act to make the Carden rodeo route. Wade Burck

I did not do manual labor at Hawthorn. Not exactly.

Rebecca, Are you sure about Manual Labor? I thought he was the Stable Master during the Horse Fantasy years. Wade Burck

Wade, just because you "DO" anything on two leggs "maybe four" doesn't mean everyone else does.

As soon as you think "not much explanation needed here", in ride Wade and Rebecca. Wade Burck

Perhaps a one on one, in person discussion by Rebecca and Wade would be just the thing to liven up the 2007 CHS convention!

I don't think JC lets Wade out of the barn anymore. I am working on getting orginized to make the trip. Good barn help is hard to find.
