I got through by telephone to the lady today!
it's great to see so many people getting involved, and knowing there are others who aren't on the list. I sent a personal e-mail to every legislator except the lady who introduced the bill, and i know from past experience with other political issues each e-mail, each letter and each phone call plays a big role in the outcome. If we can get this momentum continuing, we will win these battles. In the past, most people have left it up to Ringling and a few others to fight the activists, but the more people are involved, the more likely we are to be successful. i have faith in the connecticut legislators to be fair, but whatver the outcome, at least we know we put up a good fight with a united front.
If any body can charm a lady, its GARY HILL. Just hope he did not tell her any Rodeo jokes.
