Do you have any pictures of Serge Palenkov? (I hope I have the name right). He appeared with the Moscow Circus. Trained and presented about 19 tigers. Wore a tuxedo. Instead of a whip, he carried a baton. The PR was: maestro of the big cats.
Thank you. --- ToddP

Checking the index in this book I could find no such name in the "P's".
Maybe Mr. De Ritis might know of him.

I believe his name is Sergei Pavlenko
He was in Monte Carlo the same time I presented the Clubb lions there. It was the first time I saw the "bottle-walk weave" a very nice trick. Currently being presented by the Lance Ramos Tigers on RBBB Red Unit.
Lots of interesting stories there !
