This is "Asia" after it was converted into a "box" or baggage wagon from the float type shown in the second photo. That was done on B&B around 1915. Why? - - so props could be loaded inside. In its original configuration the wagon could not haul anything.
B&B did the same to others of these so-called "Continent" wagons.
These wagons had all been remodeled into baggage use by the time they went to Christy after RBBB ditched its daily street parade after 1920.
The Asia spent some years in the Peoria, IL, Christmas Parade when it was owned by Bloch & Kuhl Department Stores. Went to Baraboo after Mr. Bloch died and the stores were purchased from his Widow Gertrude Bloch by Carson Pirie Scott.
