Here are a pair of newspaper ads from Cole and Rice Bros showing how Floyd King (no relation) had made a few slight modifications to one of his 2-column ads to fit it for use by the other show. Note that Dr King's famous definition of a herd ("one or more elephants") was relied on in promoting the pachydermic contingent. Here also is a window card of the Rice show with a heavily-doctored publicity photo of King in the arena.
