I thought things were going along too well!

Glitch this morniong with "Hello". This is Shannon's day off so when he rousts up I will have him check this out as well as the NNN problem.

As I sit at the keyboard broken hearted I might mention that the good news from the Red Show is that they will maintain a 3 ring format in 2007 and the bad news is that the partition with the video screen will be added.
This can only mean that all hope has been abandoned of ever needing more than 70% of any Arena's seating capacity on their route.

Red show is due to hit Dallas the end of this month. I haven't preordered tickets yet? Do you know if Janice Aria travels with the Red Unit and how could I get ahold of her before they hit town? Just want to try to set up some quality visiting time with her before they get here? Thanks!

If you call the Ken & Nicole office
(703) 448-4000 she would have a number listed.

Will 137th feature cats or has that yet to be known?

I gather it's general knowledge that Lance Ramos will provide a new tiger act to be worked by the same guy on the show now.

Do the current cats belong to Lance Ramos? Who will be working bulls after Mr. Houcke gives it up?

While we're waiting, & completely off the subject. We saw "Pirates of The Caribian" last night & I thought it was great, Johnny Depp was born for that part, & I don't think it will spoil anything to say there will surely be a #3. On that subject my son Steven is working right now on "Oceans 13"

I imagine the current act is what's left of the Gunther/Mark Oliver tigers.
I'll pass on the future elephant man rumor that is kicking around.

Many new arenas would have no backstage unless the show created it, wouldn't you guess?

When front row seats are 8 feet above the floor and back row seats maybe 30, optical illusion makes even elephants look small.

Opera glasses might help, if only arena security would allow them through the door. Toy opera glasses could be sold, but not likely at the 30-times markup they get for other items.

New building designs make it tough to persuade an arena audience they aren't watching a distant TV in an airport departure lounge -- but they enjoy some new effects like inky darkness. We are still witnessing experiments/gambles.

Tent shows begin creating the zoom effect, engaging all six senses of each audience member, before they even enter the tent. It makes it easier to see what you're really seeing, go with illusions.
Seems to me...

Some of the cats are owned by Ringling (2 I believe) and the rest are owned by Marcel Peters

Is Sacha Houcke leaving Ringling at the end of the current Red Unit edition? Does anyone know who the new horse trainer will be if he is leaving?
Thanks,
Chris

Word around the Show Folks Club is that Sashay is out of here and rumors from that source are infallible.
