Clown Walkaround #2

Written on the back is "Friday Wright, Gollmar Show 1922".
That part makes sense but he has 1923 painted on his prop, maybe someone can come up with an explanation.

Let's see... 1923 written on a picture from 1922? This is either some kind of nefarious clown code, or Friday Wright is really Friday Wrong!!!

Sooo... the year is 1922 but the prop has 1923 painted on it? It is either some kind of nefarious clown 'code', or perhaps Friday Wright was actually Friday WRONG!!!

It makes you think.

Muscle Shoals developed around the production of nitrites for explosives and the construction of a dam. Big news, it got bigger when Henry Ford visited in 1921 and claimed he'd employ 1 million people there and a land boom developed. Muscle Shoals was incorporated in 1923. So this 1922 walkaround of "Muscle Shoals Fertilizer" must have been based on the news about the coming town, maybe with "explosions" of dirt out of the tray.

The towm of Muscle Shoals, Alabama was founded in 1923. The area was the primary source of nitrate fertilizer for the Tennessee Valley Authority.
Amazing obscure facts you can find on the web.

Maybe Friday thought it was all BS? Very deep, indeed.

Isn't nitrate used to make bombs? If so, I know an elephant place in TENN that has a great source. I wrote this before I read Mr Carylons comment. Hope those a/w crazies don't know about this. Maybe they already do.
